Shipping & Return Policies


Shipping and In-store Pickup

Shipping to your home or other specified address (except P.O. Boxes) is provided by UPS and rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary by location and may take 3-10 business days. 

Specialty items or custom designs vary by vendor and can take anywhere from 1-6wks. Contact us for more information about our specialty items or custom designs. 

If you prefer to pick up your order at one of our stores, we offer FREE SHIPPING on any item purchased online. Find the store closest to you.



Your sales receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty repairs.

We cannot accept for return any worn, sized, altered, special ordered, special sale, estate sale or abused merchandise. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

All returns for exchange or refund must be in the original box/boxes with all applicable warranties and/or instructions.

Refunds will be made by the same method of original payment whenever possible. Saslow's Inc. corporate office may issue a check for any refund over $100.

If an item is shipped to the customer directly via UPS the customer pays return shipping. Shipping rates vary by location.

We reserve the right to restrict refunds to the purchaser only.

All refunds and exchanges must be approved by management.
