David and I first met five years ago in Roanoke. While searching for the perfect ring, we explored many options before a friend recommended Saslow’s and Henebry’s. We discovered that this was where my dad had purchased my mom’s ring, making it feel truly meant to be. The ring exceeded all my expectations! David proposed to me in Daytona, Florida, the destination of our first trip together. We couldn’t be more excited to spend the rest of our lives together!

Dating apps work! At least for us it did. We both were skeptics when it came to dating apps, but we both like to take chances as well. After we shown interest on the app, we brought it into reality and met each other in person. Once we realized we were truthful about our appearances and our interests, we wanted to pursue our relationship and learn even more about each other. Even though we technically met through a dating site, we know it was God who found a way bring us together.

I met my soon to be husband, David, in 2020 when I was working at Saslow's Jewelers at the Cross Creek Mall. David had just returned home from an 11 month deployment in the Middle East and was accompanying his best friend Ryan who was looking to buy an engagement ring. From our second date I knew David would be the man I was to marry and 5 years later here we are! We are getting married in Cancun, Mexico in May 2025 and we can't wait!

Grace was on her way over to Virginia for her first year at college and was introduced to my sister through a mutual friend! A few days later she came over to our house for dinner. After that first meeting a whole world opened up— she was new and exciting and I wanted to “be friends” with her as much as I could. Three years later, she can’t stop staring at the ring. Every time it glistens in the sun she smiles and says “yes” all over again :)

We met when I was 15 and he was 18 and became friends. We lost contact on and off through the years but still the friendship and connection was always there. One day out of nowhere years later I get a message on FB and 4 years later we are married!!!! Six months coming in March!!! SnS4L!!!
