This place is the best jewelry store ever. A week ago the main stone in my engagement ring fell out and i was so distraught. Lucky we had a protection plan with them. Alex and Kimberly were so nice and help us with the process. I was told my ring would take 6-8 weeks for the repair, but they had it back in exactly 1 week. Wendi has to be one of the most hard working and knowledgeable people in this industry. She tracked down and had a jeweler customize the very specific and exact pair of earring I was looking for, and she was able to get it done in time for Valentine’s Day. Even though relative to what some jewelry can cost, this wasn’t an extraordinarily expensive purchase, she absolutely treated it like it was and I really appreciated that. She is the only person I will go to for any jewelry purchase in the future.
